After overcoming her own struggles with addiction, mental health, generational trauma, and the plethora of unserving patterns and beliefs these challenges create (like but not limited to self-doubt, people pleasing, burnout, financial hardship, relationship challenges, and more), Rachel discovered the power of subconscious reprogramming and built a 6-in-1 Subconscious Coach certification that’s changing lives across industries.
